No Refunds

Exchanges for Defective Items
- TEEGANBLU is not responsible for items damaged by the postal service or carrier during shipping.
- If your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a refund or compensation.
- TEEGANBLU will only consider replacements for items that were defective prior to shipping, not for damage caused in transit.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, customs fees, and carrier charges.
Buyer-Responsible Returns
- All return shipments — for exchanges, refunds, or refused deliveries — are entirely the buyer's responsibility, including shipping, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and carrier fees.
- TEEGANBLU will not pay any fees associated with return shipments.
- Packages returned without proper payment may be refused or discarded, and the buyer remains liable for the original order plus any incurred fees.
