Thank you for shopping at TEEGANBLU! Please review the shipping policy before placing your order.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, TEEGANBLU no longer has control over it, including any delivery issues. Contact your local courier for assistance with these matters.

Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within [1–4 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier selected and can be tracked via the provided tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather are beyond TEEGANBLU's control.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are not yet in stock and will ship at a later date, as stated in the product description. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Orders that consist only of stickers will be sent via stamped mail and will not include tracking.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These fees are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are determined by your country's customs office. TEEGANBLU has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All required customs information will be accurately declared on the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

TEEGANBLU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they are handed over to the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim if your package is missing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. TEEGANBLU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact TEEGANBLU before your order ships. Requests for address changes cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made.

If a package is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, TEEGANBLU is not responsible for retrieving, replacing, or refunding the order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose:

  • Re-delivery: Request that the order be re-shipped to a corrected address. You will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee.
  • Refund: Request a refund minus the original shipping cost. Any customs fees, tariffs, or import charges incurred during return to TEEGANBLU will also be deducted. Refunds are issued only after the package and all contents are received.

Returned Orders & Buyer-Responsible Shipping

All return shipments — for exchanges, refunds, or refused deliveries — are the buyer's responsibility, including shipping, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and any additional carrier fees.

  • TEEGANBLU is not responsible for charges incurred during a return shipment.
  • International returns may include carrier surcharges, fuel fees, or customs processing costs. These are billed directly to the buyer, TEEGANBLU will not pay any fees associated with return shipments.
  • Packages returned without proper payment for shipping or duties may be refused or discarded at TEEGANBLU's discretion, and the buyer remains liable for the original order plus any incurred fees.
  • If the return results from a dispute, cancellation, or buyer error, all return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Carrier Fees & Disputes

TEEGANBLU is not responsible for carrier invoicing errors, oversize surcharges, or expedited shipping fees incurred during shipping or returns. Any disputes regarding carrier charges must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Damaged items must be returned, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
